The Setup Fee of ₹1,000 is strictly Non-Refundable. This fee is used immediately to purchase your unique Domain Name (.com) and Server Space, which are non-reversible costs for us.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the current active month.
If you cancel the yearly plan within 7 days, a deduction of ₹2,500 (Setup + Admin Fee) will be made, and the rest will be refunded.
